The K-pop supergroup returned to the global stage with a dynamic and engaging showcase of their new album ‘Arirang’ during a Netflix live event, broadcast from Seoul's landmark Gwanghwamun.

BTS made their return to the stage with BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, a 60-performance on Netflix from Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square. More than 100,000 people were in physical attendance.

The English term “Gwanghwamun” will now appear first in search queries for Seoul’s Gwanghwamun. Following BTS’s performance at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul at 8 p.m. local time on the 21st, searches for “#Gwanghwamun” and “#arirang” have surged on social media platforms like Instagram.

Six years and an entire military service later, BTS has returned to its Army fanbase with a 14-track album titled "ARIRANG."
